A Pennsylvania State University graduate with a degree in Economics, Robin Barua is the Co-Founder of Waybar Development, leading operations, deal structuring, and project execution. He began his career at Toll Brothers, gaining experience in financial modeling, luxury home construction, and operational discipline.
At Waybar, Robin has overseen more than $30 million sales volume in residential sales and a growing pipeline of urban infill and multifamily projects. His disciplined underwriting, capital efficiency, and design-driven approach have positioned Waybar as one of Philadelphia's emerging development platforms.
